The MOST important aspect of losing/gaining weight is calorie balance! The bottom line is, in order to lose fat you MUST burn more calories then you consume! There are 3500 calories in a pound so in order to lose one pound per week you would have to consume about 500 less calories every day. We believe that Calorie balance consists of around 50% diet importance, so if your calories are matched every single day then you are well on your way to a perfect diet!
Training
We view training as an inververse relationship between volumn and intensity (amount of weight). When intensity goes up, volumn goes down.
